We had a limited timeframe and a big project to accomplish! Makeup artist Ann Hassarati enlisted the help of Adcreators to promote her upcoming 6 week comprehensive makeup artist training course. We had a little over 5 weeks from the launch of the campaign until the course began to gain media attention and fill the course positions available. Expert action had to be taken…
A combined PR and digital marketing strategy was developed and quickly gained momentum in print, digital and social media.
Announcing the course to the media was our first port of call and thus a press release was circulated and picked up by various outlets.
To cater for the flood of enquires we knew would be coming, we created a landing page for the Ann Hassarati website which included more information about the course and the appropriate contact methods for enrolling.
Finally a social media campaign was devised for Facebook and Instagram to not only target her current fans but also attract new aspiring makeup artist who are interested in becoming qualified professionals.
From our press release, news of Ann Hassarati’s course was picked up by Fairfax newspapers for a half page spread and online on various beauty websites including Australia’s largest beauty website, Beauty Heaven, which has a followship of over 345 000.
Through our social media campaign news travelled fast of Ann’s makeup artist training course and enquiries came in thick and fast to the landing page we designed.
Ann’s course was a complete success to the delight of the client, her students and of course the Adcreators team.
