Experience/Skills required:

  • Manage and assist the post-production process of all media content creation
  • Film and edit photo and video content
  • Working with the Digital Team to create videos and content about changes, improvements, success stories, hard work, and business-focused achievements in the business
  • Shoot, modify and retouch photos for digital media channels.
  • Prepare shoot sites as needed for particular projects.
  • Responsible for ideating and crafting copy to suit several different audiences for digital
  • Collaborate and work closely with in-house Marketing, Events, Curation, Design and Engineering; Assist in event management


Applicant Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a creative role, ideally agency based.
  • Degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design preferred.
  • Experience of applying creative thinking, developing engaging, creative concepts and producing web and social media content.
  • Expert proficiency in image-making and video production equipment including cameras and lighting and strong editing skills.
  • A fantastic photo and video creator, communicator and fast learner
  • Have an understanding that at times we have to work outside standard work hours for the benefit of clients, projects and to support the team as a whole
  • Highly enthusiastic, self-directed, and able to cope with busy periods
  • Strong understanding of the social media landscape and key platforms (FB, IG, YT…. etc.)
  • Acute attention to detail
