As a Strategist with Adcreators, you will deliver combining expert and new capabilities to devise modern marketing solutions suited towards agility and effective delivery for clients.

You will be working across cross-functional teams, combining marketing, branding, creative, and data-based truths into your work. You will operate closely with the other team leaders to shape powerful marketing strategies, pitches and innovative solutions for existing and new clients.

Your focus as a Senior Strategy Director: 

  • Strategic planning and thinking (defined as a seamless experience across all channels relevant to a buyer’s journey)
  • Comfortable conversing across website, apps, paid media, marketing automation, SEO and content.
  • Ability to answer critical questions such as how brands are communicated and experienced through digital interactions and how digital interactions fit into broader customer experiences.
  • Firm measuring and reporting on performance across campaigns.
  • Incorporate your brand planning background to compliment the digital experience.
  • Experience with data-driven channel planning and content optimisation
  • Abstract thinking, spotting trends and patterns, an innate curiosity and insight into human behaviour, an instinct for popular culture and a nuanced understanding of creative work.
  • Elevating our client’s brands’ ambition and leading their thinking about the potential of their business.
  • Ability to work directly with clients and develop relationships on behalf of the agency.
  • Manage global brands building strategies around multiple product lines/brand portfolio.
  • Development of brand strategies, writing creative briefs, guiding development and presentation of the creative work.
  • Strong command of quantitative and qualitative research method and working knowledge of when and how to apply them to a given communications challenge.
  • Performance marketing strategic mindset.

The qualities that will make you a successful applicant:

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic planning and strategy experience.
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Experience working within a marketing agency.
  • Experience in developing brand strategies, writing creative briefs, guiding development and presentation of creative work.
  • Strong presentation, communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work directly with clients and develop relationships on behalf of the agency.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of quantitative and qualitative research methods and working knowledge of when and how to apply them to client opportunities/challenges.
