Through online marketing, the brand intended to reach and retain their audience through interactive, engaging campaigns and a presence that made young ones want to be a part of the phenomenon. Together with Adcreators, No. 1 Draft Pick primarily fills out their sessions and camps through search, social and digital means.
With the widespread growth of the internet, the business was a little late in leveraging the online opportunity and needed to counter this in time for its busiest season of all. The main hurdle we faced was in starting from scratch (across new platforms and new databases) and aiming for growth within the first couple of months
With the essence of their business being something challenging, yet invigorating, allowing youth to shine and thrive, we focused on a content strategy that highlighted the benefits and strengths. With little competitors in the industry, it was our aim to make them the most known through material that resonated with youth, parents/guardians and educators.
As a result of strategic, yet fun marketing, No. 1 Draft Pick saw fully-booked sessions, one-on-one lessons, school holiday camps and a growing list of subscribers. The frequent contact through e-newsletter aims to keep a growing database in the loop, and constantly wanting to hear more insights and updates from the brand.
