TLNT. was founded by recruitment professionals who noticed a gap in the market – that recruitment was losing its human connection. With this in mind, our approach was focused on delivering an identity that will be perceived as differentiated and distinct, yet approachable.
To resonate with the audience, this meant exploring elements that held a magnitude of self-expression and character.
Our goal was to introduce TLNT. as an innovative, creative and inventive consumer solution.
To achieve this, we set out to deliver an entirely customised identity – from colours that triggered warm and trusty emotions, to infographics that told a story, held a brand message and resonated through a consistent tone of voice.
This website journey was a little more complex than usual, as the requirement was to deliver a platform for two segmented audiences – employers and employees – across two distinct, varying markets – Australia and the U.S.A. But it was a challenge, accepted! Collaborating with the client, we worked through all facets of UX, IA, copy that converts, and functionality that drives a seamless experience, towards a successful outcome.
