Since it’s establishment, Rent My Flat has grown to become a leading company in the rental property industry. Given growing trends such as the increasing developments of granny flats and breakthroughs in the property market, our biggest hurdle was to balance past, present and a foreseeable future. We understand in the ever-changing nature of the market and the dependence of the internet as the prime source of information, so we ventured out to create a memorable brand identity and a visually and digitally appealing interactive website.
Online listing and directory websites see consumers herd through countless pages, numerous entries and multiple paths to find and secure what they’re looking for! In this, we put our minds into those of the consumer from a lessor and a lessee perspective. We saw to it that we had a carefully curated identity that translated into a technologically advanced website. Our approach ensured very cautious testing across various devices, and extremely close attention to detail in all facets of the project from what brand colours represent to how simply an individual can create a profile and secure a listing.
