Reshaping the online experience for patrons of Australia’s Best Lebanese Restaurant
Zahli Restaurant is a globally award-winning dining destination in the heart of Sydney, loved by locals and tourists alike. Their need for a refreshed online experience came at the cusp of the evolving, competitive hospitality industry, and the growing interest they were gaining from international publications. Together, we worked to deliver a whole new experience.
Making it easier for visitors to access all the essentials online – from purchasing vouchers to viewing seasonal menus, our objective was to think as the end-user.
Investing in a long-term, yet dynamic strategy, our objective was delivering something that works now, but malleable enough to rapidly respond to trends.
The hospitality game has many wonderful players, with always enough to go around. Our intention was not competitive in nature, but innovatively inspired. Having our own “foodie” culture in office, the R&D was a highlight, and so was the end result. The outcome saw a great complement to marketing strategies that enticed site users, and kept them engaged while browsing through the strategically incorporated features such as a blog, on-page optimisation and live social media feed.
